All rental prices listed below include: delivery, service, pickup, HST and a $25.00 refundable cleaning deposit. Cleaning deposits are refunded at the end of the year if the product is left in the room clean, dry and defrosted.

Note: For all orders placed after August 23rd, the student will have to meet the Coldex delivery truck outside of his/her residence to sign their rental contract. Delivery dates and times for orders placed after August 23rd are communicated via email.
